Your training sessions will take place in a private gym on a one to one basis. Only the trainee (yourself) and the trainer will be present. Therefore you will have the trainers complete attention.
Our programme is evidence based High Intensity, Low Frequency, Low Volume Srength Training and is the safest and most efficient way of loading the musculature of the body.
Your program will consist of 5-8 basic exercises covering the entire body. The exercises will be performed in a controlled manner with repetitions performed much slower than traditional strength training.
After the initial 1 or 2 sessions your workout will be brief, lasting only 20-30 minutes and can be performed once or twice per week depending on the time you have available and your recovery ability.
This protocol is an extremely effective type of training for people with busy lives and is an appropriate and safe
protocol for adults of all ages, including rehabilitaion.
